Pairi Daiza Resort

We had a very pleasant stay and will certainly return in the future. The service was excellent and we were particularly impressed with the care and kindness of the staff.
We arrived late for dinner but the staff went out of their way to prepare and serve an incredible meal in our room. Truly exceptional service!

This stay far exceeded our expectations! The room was magnificent and the children couldn’t believe there was a polar bear right outside our room! The zoo is incredible, with surprises around every corner. We were amazed the whole time. The food was delicious, and the staff were so friendly. We can’t wait to come back, and want to stay longer next time! Thank you all for giving my family and I this magical experience.

At the end of our stay, we had nothing but positive things to say. Satisfied day and night, no down time. I’d also like to single out the restaurant. We were lucky enough to enjoy the all-you-can-eat buffet for dinner and breakfast at the izba. Well done to the staff, professional teams at the service of the customer with a more than appreciable know-how. We’ll be back for sure.

We had an amazing time at Pairi Daiza. The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. The attention to detail throughout the zoo was amazing! The accommodation was beautiful and we had the unexpected surprise of receiving a birthday present in our room. Absolutely unforgettable and wonderful memories that will stay with us forever. We hope to return one day in the future!

A magical stay for both young and old. Everything is well thought out, well maintained, and beautiful. The animals seem happy – they have space, and the enclosures are well cared for. Waking up to the sight of tigers or the polar bear is magical. The elephants delighted us with their play and splashing in the water. We were a family of 10, including children, and we all left with memories full in our minds and hearts. Thank you to Pairi Daiza for these two dreamlike days.

It was a wonderful experience – our first visit to the Enchanted Kingdom of Animals for my partner and me. The Full Moon Lodge was just perfect, the staff were kind and attentive, and the meals were also very good. We enjoyed the nighttime walks in the park, soaking in the calm atmosphere and observing the animals, as well as the morning feeding sessions. We are eager to repeat the experience. A big thank you to all the Pairi Daiza teams, and special congratulations to Mr. Domb and his teams for making all of this possible.

It was a brilliant overall experience! An absolute must. We were very warmly welcomed at reception, the food at the Mökki was very good and the service very friendly. Our accommodation was TOP! Full Moon Lodge… wonderful. We asked for breakfast in the room: fantastic. I can well imagine that the lodge and the advantage of extensive accessibility in the park really add value, especially in summer. Here, of course, it got dark very early. The park is also spotlessly clean, the bins emptied regularly. We found it well worth the price! Thank you for a wonderful experience!
