Kindness and attentiveness are the two words that come to mind to describe ALL the members of your teams. Beauty, cleanliness, and serenity define this wonderful park, which was a delight for our granddaughter. Thank you for everything. We will be back!

A magical getaway in a sublime setting. Everything was perfect! We stayed for 2 days and 1 night to recharge, and we left with unforgettable memories. The park truly lives up to its reputation.

As for the food (restaurant L’Octopus), we were delighted and loved having an aperitif by the fire before dinner. The breakfast was plentiful and varied, and the staff was welcoming.

In conclusion, the park has a special kind of magic. One thing is certain: we are already looking forward to coming back soon!

We had an excellent stay at the park! It was our first time staying overnight, and it certainly won’t be the last! The accommodation was fantastic.

Having access to the park before the regular visitors is a real advantage and an excellent concept. Thanks to this, we were able to visit popular spots and take beautiful photos without any crowds.

It is absolutely the best experience we’ve ever had at a zoo, and the opportunity to see the walruses swimming in front of us while we were sleeping was truly magical.

Mid-February 2025 in the walrus and penguin room (with 4 young adults). The rooms were perfectly located. They were spacious and had a very luxurious design. It was amazing to see and hear the walruses in the evening and at night. We were able to observe the penguins until nightfall, which was very pleasant.

We ate at Izba and enjoyed a delicious and complete buffet for both breakfast and dinner. The quality was very good, and the food was great. Upon arrival at the park, our luggage was immediately accepted, and it was ready in our rooms by 3:00 PM. When we checked out, we could also leave our luggage in the rooms and collect it at checkout. Everything was perfectly organized, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

It is truly a beautiful park.

You really feel like you’re in another world. We’re happy we had two days to explore everything at a leisurely pace. Highly recommended!

It was an amazing overall experience! An absolute must-see. We were warmly welcomed at reception, the food at Mökki was very good, and the service was very friendly. Our accommodation was TOP! The Full Moon Lodge… wonderful. We ordered breakfast in the room: fantastic.

I can definitely imagine that the lodge and the extended accessibility in the park really add value, especially in summer. Of course, it got dark very early here. The park is also impeccably clean, with the bins being regularly emptied.

We felt it was definitely worth the price! Thank you for this wonderful experience!
