The Halloween programme

From October 19 to November 2, 2024, you can discover the various Halloween shows and animations.

The Dome

For Halloween, the Grand Dome of Pairi Daiza will be transformed into a spooky atmosphere. Every afternoon, the “Halloween Magic Show” featuring Merlin and Fredini will enchant both young and old.

Starting at 6 PM, concerts will be offered. Rock, Celtic music, Mexican tunes, or the Salsa of the Demon—if you want to dance, the Grand Dome is the place to be!

Holy Addiction (October 19, 20, 29, and 30) – Rock concert
La Salsa du Démon (October 21 and 22) – Salsa and dance music by Salsa Addict and Team Dance Forever
King’s Rage (October 23, 24, 27, and 28) – Rock concert
Dia de Muertos (October 31, November 1, and 2) – Latin American music by La Rumba Latina
Celtic Seven (October 25 and 26) – Celtic music

Shows and animations

During Halloween, various shows and animations will take place in the different worlds of Pairi Daiza. You can see dancers, stilt walkers, singers, acrobatics, giant puppets, costumed characters, and much more. This year, there are 15 new animations to discover. Videomappings

To discover Pairi Daiza in a different light, wait for darkness to fall over the Garden. Original creations in the form of 3 video mappings will tell you unique stories through images:

The Giants’ Walk in the Amphitheatre recounts the history of the place, its legends, and the park itself. Don’t miss this tale told through sound and images, which evolves from year to year.
Monsters of the Depths will bring forth formidable monsters on a 50-metre diameter water screen, which are invisible to the naked eye during the day. To witness the awakening of the Krakens, Loch Ness, and others, settle in the picnic area near the lake for the best view.
Tian Bao & Co., the mapping on the roof of the mini-farm, offers a unique and magical visual experience for young and old alike.

These original creations were designed by Drop The Spoon and Grand Les Yeux.

Animations with animals during Halloween

During Halloween, the amphitheatre will welcome both young and old for a series of animal shows. In the afternoon, we will offer three special events that highlight the unique bond between humans and animals. Mark them in your calendar!

1:30 PM: An educational demonstration of birds of prey in flight.
2:30 PM: “Rebel Spirit“, an intense moment between equestrian artist and behavioural psychologist Delphine Boonkens and her three ponies.
3:30 PM: “Between Shadow and Light“, where our faithful companions and their caretakers will illustrate the duality between dancing lights and the spectral shadows of Halloween.

Scary animals and children's face painting in the Oasis.

Come meet the “Scary Animals” in the Oasis. This is the opportunity to learn more about royal pythons, tarantulas, bearded dragons from Australia, and red-eared sliders, and to understand how the Pairi Daiza Foundation’s refuge cares for these sometimes unloved animals.

In the Oasis, there will also be a face painting stand where children can get their faces painted.
